Services
Creating the right massage or bodywork session for you takes a meaningful conversation about what you need and what you want. Therefore, we can combine services and techniques that work best for you the day of your appointment.
Ample time is provided between appointments to help you feel unrushed and accommodate your situation.
Please be on time, as your appointment cannot be extended unless prearranged.
Cash, Zelle or check is preferred. All credit card transactions include a 3% convenience fee.

30 min $65 1 hour $110 1.5 hour $155

No Show & Cancelations with less than 12 hours notice are billed at the full rate. Payment is due prior to the next appointment.
Exceptions are made for sudden illness with notice.
Insurance
I am happy to provide you with a statement you can submit to your insurance for "Out of Network" services. To be eligible for a statement, you must provide a prescription or referral from your primary care provider with diagnosis codes.

First Choice Health Network affiliated plans (Including Kaiser PPO) are the only plans accepted at Estuary.
HSA and FSA are also welcome.
